What we did.
The National Foundation for Facial Reconstruction (NFFR) needed a website that would help them connect to their donors and supporters in a more immediate and interactive way. Network9 gave NFFR a Web 2.0 upgrade that provided them with the functionality they needed to manage their content, streamline their photo gallery, add videos and enter the blogosphere.
The problem it solved.
NFFR was long overdue for a warmer, more dynamic website. Network9 did their original website years before and knew the importance of telling the stories of their kids and their families who undergo the many surgeries required for facial reconstruction. The NFFR needed a website that allowed them to post their stories, news, videos, calendar items and photos from their events. Network9 created their new website in WordPress to give them a blog function for them to add stories and content in-house. We also set them up so that staff members could connect with their followers on their Twitter and Facebook.
Results.
The sky’s the limit for the people and patients of NFFR. They continue to add patient stories to their website. In doing so, they’re getting the word out and attracting fresh donors. And the best part is that they’re doing it with less time and effort.
