NJ Lenders Brochure & Direct Mail Design
What We Did
NJ Lenders, a New Jersey Mortgage Banker, set out to build their brand image and showcase their services to two markets. Network9 created a set of four brochures, two for their NJ residential & commercial market, and two for their NY coop & condo division, HOME.
The use of marble, stone and brushed steel gives the NY designs a well-heeled look to match the properties they work with. For the more conservative NJ market, we used a sophisticated color palette and images of homeowners who have purchased a home.
We created their taglines, wrote all of the copy, designed their trade show display and made several direct mail pieces to complete the marketing package. We freshened their main NJ lenders logo, and created the brushed steel logo for HOME.
